NIGEL CABOURN | STORM PARKER

yesterday my friend klaus from volls.de send me a picture of the new
STORM PARKER by NIGEL CABOURN. never seen before at any blog
or store. this jacket looks great. 100% natural finish, genuine water
repellent. it is coated in naturally harvested beeswax. this wax comes
from inside of the honeycomb. it is collected after the bees have
migrated from the hive. and klaus told me that the price would be
a sensation compared to other NC items. i think i have to take a look.

DAYTON BOOTS | HERITAGE ADS

DAYTON BOOTS remember their heritage. very nice ads.
their website told me „after starting in 1946 … dayton’s reputation
for being the best made logging boot in the world spread and
soon became the brand name for everybody from loggers and
men on tough construction jobs to rough necks in the oil patch
as well as fire and police departments.“ oh, i did not know this.
ok, i saw some dayton boots sometimes ago in the FREE & EASY
mag, but i could not learn anything about the brand because
of my nonexistent japaneese. the boots look rough and classic,
but i could not find a logger boot in their collection …

BERTUCCI | PERFORMANCE FIELD WATCHES

it’s a disaster: my PANERAI LUMINOR MARINA is not working anymore.
so i gave it to the watchmaker and they had to send it to swizerland and
told me that it takes at less 3 to 4 months that i will get it back. terrible.
this watch is a piece of me, wearing my panerai 10 years without a break.

now i found a nice watch for the rest of this year: a BERTUCCI watch.
i remembered seeing bertucci watches in a blog some days ago. yesterday i
got my ORIGINAL CLASSIC A-2T in white/olive. very nice. ok, you can’t
compare it to a panerai but for less money you get a classic, “performance
field watch“. i like it very much!
