checking my blog favorites i stumbled over a post at the great menandwomenofindustry.com -blog which showed some sneaker-like boots. i do not like this style but the description of what LASCO “LOS ANGELES SHOE COMPANY” does made me curious. and what i found was a great video on their site.

first of all: I HATE SMART! that has to be said! but, wow, the guy must have spent a lot of money, when he really bought all the stuff he tried on. good choice : NIGEL CABOURN CAMERAMAN JACKET F/W2011. really nice sequence in “smart. studio. Frankfurt – Urban View with Mira” which was made for the IAA 2011. KAMI – cool, good job, you look great in motion and the B-74 anyway … see you soon!

i love this hand making processes. as a graphic designer i learned during my studies in the 80ies how to work with plumb letters and printing by hand. MACS? did not exist at this time.
