NOW ONLINE: PANCHO AND LEFTY | THE SHOP FORMERLY KNOWN AS MR. MUDD AND MR. GOLD

some times ago i wondered because i could not find swedish MR. MUDD AND MR. GOLD online shop any more. the site was gone. yesterday i found PANCHO AND LEFTY. ah, okay, this is the shop “formerly known as MR. MUDD AND MR. GOLD”. i think this will be a good thing! there you do not find all those well known heritage and vintage brands from all the shops over europe but some fresh ones from japan. hard to get brands outside japan and i think for some guys unknown. important: no customs must be paid for us europeans when buying KAPITAL, WAREHOUSE COMPANY or CROSSED ARROWS stuff. some product sites are empty and miss the stuff, but i think the launch of PAL was just some days ago. and i hope they will offer their prices not only in swedish kronen in future – US$ and euros are missing. check it: panchoandlefty.se pics | Pancho and Lefty

“As of March 22nd, 2012, and due to the deeds of three low-life SCUMBAGS from the city of Bandung, West Java, INDONESIA, we are no longer accepting orders or shipping to INDONESIA.

If you currently live in Indonesia and are buying Mister Freedom® merchandise locally, from dealers or ‘friends’, you are buying STOLEN goods, acquired illegally with STOLEN credit cards.

The stolen goods include large quantities of MF® Californian Blue Jeans, NOS MF® Chambray shirts, MF® Palladenim boots, MF® denim Ranch blouses… and more.

Here are the names and addresses of those three jerk-offs (to the best of our knowledge, as per the actual shipping infos):

These morons don’t know what they just got into… really
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
The rest of the World can have a nice day.
 Christophe Loiron, MISTER FREEDOM®
UPDATES, March 23rd, 2012:
* Many thanks for the virtual help and support from kind Indonesian folks with this issue. We received valuable information. We appreciate your concern with this damaging but saddly not uncommon matter.
* However, ZERO gratitude yet to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Los Angeles for the lack of help and the “call back on Monday“… One package has not yet been delivered and if his excellency the General Consul Hadi Martono and his fine team would really care to change things regarding the popular local sport of ”carding” in Bandung, they would make it a priority to ACT in a timely manner.
I am aware of, and respect, the Indonesian celebration of Nyepi, ”Day of Silence”. With our luck it falls today, and every March 23rd.
Looking forward to Monday, March 26th, as RES NON VERBA day.

This is a re-post of a recent story from the Mister Freedom site. We have much admiration and respect for Christophe and his work and hate to see this sort of thing happen to such good people.”

MISTER FREEDOM® x PALLADIUM® | LA CHAUSSURE "PALLADENIM"

PALLADIUM boots – hm. i never really liked these boots, always smacking extremely of rubber. and the
walking comfort wasn’t really good, too. but MFs denim version of PALLADIUM boots is quite nice.
CHRISTOPHE was wearing these boots when he was a boy, don’t forget he is french, and even his
father was wearing them in 1956 when he was doing his military in the french army. more about the
boots and the collaboration at www.misterfreedom.com. pics | Mister Freedom®

MISTER FREEDOM® | HUMBLE CONTRIBUTION TO JAPAN DISASTER RELIEF

there were just 15 limited numbered shirts: ““I SURVIVED JAPAN 9.0 AND ALL I GOT WAS THIS
LOUSY SHIRT”. they are all sold each for $100. MF shipped them for free and gave all the money
to the AMERICAN RED CROSS.

i got some mails, where folks wrote me that this shirt seems to be disrespectful. me, i do not think so.
it is really interesting how the people handle this terrible disaster for their own. and the main thing is
to help. and C.LOIRON aka MR. FREEDOM® did it. maybe not the usual way but really strong. he is
saying: “… We hand stenciled 15 custom numbered T-shirts, with original artwork inspired by not-so-
serious“tourist” type 1960’s-70’s graphic T-shirts. The recent events are obviously a non laughing
matter,  but some ‘lightness’ is the only remedy i have found against the daily flow of bad news and
alarming updates…”

MiSTER FREEDOM x SUGAR CANE CO. | VESTE OUVRIER…V’LA LES APACHES! (Part. I)

there is a new piece in MF’s spring 2011 collection “LES APACHES“: VESTE OUVRIER. this workman’s
jacket is inspired by early french work wear gear. garment designed in california by MISTER FREEDOM®
and manufactured in japan by SUGAR CANE CO. it is strictly limited: a total of 130 jackets was made:
70 pieces of INDIGO métisse veste ouvrier and 60 pieces of INDIGO rayure veste ouvrier.  the garment
comes in an individual old school chipboard box, exclusive to MF. the original oil painting was masterfully
executed by Mr. PATRICK SEGUI of RIVETED blog fame,  and a paper print of his artwork will be
featured on the apache collection box tops. pics | MISTER FREEDOM®
