CONRAD LEACH … his bio says: “1970s – growing up with punk rock, motorcycles and cinema …” look at his paintings of actual passed “PARADISE LOST” exhibition at THE GAUNTLETT GALLERY in LONDON and you’ll see this childhood influences and his large passion for motorcycling. the paintings are inspired by early speed pioneers and feature people like sir DONALD CAMPBELL, STEVE McQUEEN, machines like BLUEBIRD and GOLDEN ARROW, and places like BONNEVILLE, PENDINE SANDS. i love this paintings so much that i could not decide which ones i will show in this post. so i am sorry that the range is as big as shown … for more information check CONRAD’S website. all paintings by CONRAD LEACH from the exhibiton “PARADISE LOST”

MOTÖRHEAD | FROM WHISKEY TO WINE

yeah, here we go: MOTÖRHEAD presented on the 11.11.11 their new SHIRAZ in germany. the 2009 Australian shiraz has been carefully selected by the hardrock legends and has been described as a wine with a fruity aroma, flavours of vanilla, blackberries, plums, eucalyptus and liquorice, but with soft rounded tannins. Or, as LEMMY puts it: i did not know about that. the wine, which had its world premiere in sweden in 2010, has enjoyed great success in scandinavia already due to its huge hard rock fan base with over 120, 000 bottles having been sold already in this relatively small market. LEMMY: “my advice is – approach it with caution. i mean, wine is deceptive, anything can happen.” so you can give to your rockin guests WEISSES RAUSCHEN by TESCH from DIE TOTEN HOSEN as an aperitif and after that you can present the new MOTÖRHEAD SHIRAZ. great idea, rockin’ bottle – i will try it. in germany there are 2 online sellers where you can order it. beside: at the 18th of november MOTÖRHEAD’s new DVD “THE WÖRLD IS OURS – VOL. 1”will be launched. pics & vid | Motörhead

i think this one is japan exclusive again: RWS STYLE # 8143. people following my blog know that i do not like workboots in trendy colors different from the heritage ones, but this new color i think i could like. it seems to be an ICE BLUE. it is a smart combination with the white leather laces and the classic 875 6 inch classic moc toe look. this boot is also available with a classic round toe style # 8144. pics | THREEWOOD
