PANERAI STRAP BY LONAN RANGER ORIGINALS | WATCH STRAPS FOR RED WING SHOE LOVERS

thx RON for receiving this exciting letter today – the first one i got from the famous ISLE OF MAN – and thank you so much for the fantastic content: a handmade heavy leather watch strap for my PAM i just got back from repairing and revision. so awesome because of the unusual stitchings and the special color that fits my oro-iginal RED WING BOOTS 877 and 875 perfect. the strap is made out of natural veg tanned leather hide that was hand cut, hand dyed and hand stitched by RON himself. and i love the bright buckle because it fits the PAM more than perfect. damn, perfect d’artisan work and RON does it as a hobby – unbelievable. i do not know what he does in real life but the strap looks absolutely professional made. so i changed the actual strap to the LONAN RANGER ORIGINAL at once and please take a look at the pics: GREAT! beside, THE LONAN RANGER ORIGINAL is a play on THE LONE RANGER because RON lives in LONAN on the ISLE OF MAN. VIBERG BOOT LINE UP @ VOLLS.DE

2 years ago it began with a chukka, the icon ENGINEER BOOT style #83 and the well known HIKER BOOT #66: VIBERG at volls, darmstadt, germany. these days KLAUS got to the next level in VIBERG boots. two different SERVICE BOOTS in two different colors and sole combinations just arrived and complete the actual line up now. and KLAUS’ order was a really good decision because the 1940 and 1950 SERVICE BOOTS are at least iconic as the VIBERG #83 and #66 are. so awesome that i just took one with me when i saw the boots the first time in the shop. it is the brown 1950 SERVICE BOOT with the white #4014 VIBRAM cristy sole. and i love the sprung-up toe so much. with all my other boots i am working for such a toe look – the 1950 SERVICE BOOT got it when you buy it and the boot is so unbelievable comfortable. maybe you think the price is high, it is indeed, but believe me, this boot is LIFE TIME GEAR. put it on and you’ll stand and walk like you never did before. i am really crazy about it. and i think the black 1950 will find the way to my cupboard too. but i have to sell a boot from my collection without having pricks of conscience. for more information about the boots check volls.de . more details about my 1950 SERVICE BOOT next week as a part of my LTG boot & shoe collection series. photos | LTG

one of my absolute “non-boot” favorites: a 2-tone leather wingtip brogue from CHURCH’S. they call this style “DOWNTOWN”. i love the classic look, the dark blue and white color combination and beside the shoes are very comfortable with their smooth calf leather and the red-brick sole. i did not wear it so much till now, because i am a bit afraid to rug it down- the shoe is so awesome, but maybe it gets even better when it is rugged.hm. pics | LTG

seeing him last week in a short sequence at ZDF KULTUR because of his new album SOLO PIANO II and i was absolutely crazy about his way playing the piano. great arrangements and really cool in person: CHILLY GONZALES. what a wonderful car! just found at RM AUCTIONS. it was sold for 990,000 bucks. the color combination and the condition of this special FORD MUSTANG is great and i think every dollar the new owner spent on it is okay … i just think so after watching the video below.

BACK ON THE TRACK | LTG GOES MTB

after 1 1/2 year without biking i am back on track. no more road biking but beside running i will do some trips with my ROTWILD mtb the next time for relaxing the legs. today i did a short trip with my copywriter PETER – awesome. the forest and the air, smelling the autumn coming. but it was beginning raining so hard after 15 km and it got so cold – so we turned to go back these 15 km. damn, at the end it was so f***ing wet, freezy and dirty, but it was great to be on the track again. pics | LTG
