found this crazy stuff today during a short coffee break. first thoughts: cool, funny idea. but i did not now that UNDEROOS has had cult status in the US. average american little kids wore during the 1970s and late 1980s for sure UNDEROOS with characters from MARVEL, DC HEROES and STAR WARS. now, brand new, UNDEROOS is back. not for kids but for adults … great. i do not know anything about the quality, maybe it is made in china or somewhere fucking else, but i think it works so good. check HOTTOPPICS site for more hero underwear – there is even some hero stuff for your wife … pics | © HOTTOPPIC

RED WING SHOES AT WORK | OXFORD RWS #8103 IN THE FIELD
yesterday i went to france to a small village named SCHEIBENHARD in the ALSAC region, just 5 miles behind the former german border line. i did art direction for one of my clients while having a photo shoot in the field with a lot of agriculture crafts to show the great range of tires and the use of these. damn, it was so hot and sticky. so it was a good decision to choose the RWS oxfords because of the traction, the comfort and the easy clean behind. sorry for these bad iphone pics from the shooting itself. but isn’t the FORD TRACTOR barn found not nice. it was built 1970 and got a new turbo machine last week. the sound is incredible. pics | LTG
MUSCLE CAR STAMPS | 1970s CHEVELLES SS, HEMI ‘CUDA, DODGE CHARGER & CO: FREEDOM, ADVENTURE AND BURNING RUBBER
this new MUSCLE CAR stamp set is the next one in the series “AMERICA ON THE MOVE” which started in 2005 with sport cars of the 50s. the second in 2008 was a set with classic tail-fin cars “FINS AND CHROME”. the actual muscle car pictures were made by TOM FRITZ, a californian artist who is specialized in car paintings. US POSTAL is advertising the stamp set with the slogan “FREEDOM, ADVENTURE AND BURNING RUBBER” – great! the stamps have no value – the print FOREVER means that they can be used without a time limit. one stamp has the price of 46 cent, the so called FIRST-CLASS-RATE for usual letters or postcards. even if the price will raise the stamps can be used. pics | spiegel.de _ paintings | TOM FRITZ
