There are some great news from CROOTS ENGLAND. Just yesterday their relaunched website went online. Respect, well done! Take a look at some screenshots or even better just visit crootsengland.co.uk, I’m sure you’ll like it. Some days before I got a lot of new pictures shot by Hamburg based photographer Joern Pollex. I picked some shots from the recently introduced and very well received full veg-tanned cowhide stuff that ages beautifully. Available at bags & luggage like the Laptop Bag or the Flight Bag as well as in small leather goods like wallets, cardholders, eyeglass and sunglass cases and sturdy belts with either brass or stainless steel buckles. For sure all proudly made in Northern Yorkshire, UK. Trade buyers can see the full new collection at Pitti Immagine Uomo in Florence 13. – 16. iPhone 6S LEATHER SLEEVE BY ALEXANDER VON BRONEWSKI MANUFAKTUR

I am really pissed that APPLE changes always the sizes of phones when they develop new models. Cases, sleeves and car holder must be updated. So I am really happy to get a new sleeve for my 6S by my buddy ALEXANDER VON BRONEWSKI because he normally doesn’t do phone sleeves anymore. Thx AvB for this special thing! The 5S sleeve will be kept in the family for sure. It is so nice to see these tan cognac colored cowhide sleeves aging. Check the pics to compare the new sleeve to the old one. pics | LTG

iPhone LEATHER SLEEVE by ALEXANDER VON BRONWSKI MANUFAKTUR

Guys it’s a while ago that I got my leather iPhone 5 sleeve handmade by leather artisan ALEXANDER VON BRONEWSKI, but the last weeks i had too much work and there is just less time to do LIFE TIME GEAR. But here are the photos of this great work from my buddy Alex v.B.. Now my “i-Phone-Pad-Collection” is completed. It is about 8 weeks ago I made these photos and the sleeve got meanwhile some nice patina and a smooth grip in daily use. Great! Like the iPad sleeve this one is also made of made of tan, cognac colored cowhide from the south of germany and sewn with waxed twine made of linen. Love it! pics | LTG

yesterday i got my new iPad Air2 SLEEVE handmade by my budy ALEX c/o be-cause blog and owner & founder of ALEXANDER VON BRONEWSKI MANUFAKTUR. what a wonderful piece of craftmanship. the touch is so great, so natural smooth and the fit for the iPad is perfect. The sleeve is made of tan, cognac colored cowhide from the south of germany and sewn with waxed twine made of linen. so, now it’s time to rug’n’roll for the sleeve … thx, ALEX! pics | LTG

HANDCRAFTED BAG #214 BY ATELIER DE L’ARMÉE

some weeks ago i got this BAG214 from ATELIER DE L’ARMÉE. it is wonderful, so practical. just one zip and you get to all the things you carry with you. as a business bag i prefer my FILSON PADDED COMPUTER BAG, but for city trips or just visiting a friend it is not so practical, too heavy, to big. the 214 has a lot of features. outside it is made of deadstock cowhide leather and dutch army woodland camouflage battleshirt fabric. one bag inside is made of japanese selvage denim, an iphone bag is made of cowhide leather and the lining is made of dutch army thermo pant and rain poncho. the handles and the strap are made of swiss army rifle slings. these must be really vintage: the smell strong. but it gets better from week to week. the tote bag is completely made by hand in amsterdam, netherlands, and can be made to order. it takes about 4 to 6 weeks between purchase and delivery. take a look @ the video where you will meet ELZA WANDLER and JOOST DOESWIJK who are ATELIER DE L’ARMÉE. pics | LTG || vid | ATELIER DE L’ARMÉE
