On the second day of B74 Selected Goods Ordershow FW2019 I visited Uwe E. Maier c/o Amtraq Distribution who is a great part of this ordershow. The base of Amtraq is in the same building where Kami Hashemi’s B74 Store and Distribution is located. And again I met some good well know friends and could check up the upcoming stuff from Tellason, TSPTR, Golden Bear, East Harbour Surplus, GRP, Indigo People, Super Duper Hats, 1ST PAT-RN, Croots, Impermeable, Vetra, Orcival, Kirk Originals and Manifattura Ceccarelli. Tomorrow the B74 Ordershow Fall/Winter 2017 will start. So today all exhibitors came to bring their stuff and build up the booths. A busy but fine day for all people taking part at the show. As a constant reader of LIFE-TIME-GEAR you know that I am a great fan of CRISTIANO BERTO’s label 1ST PAT-RN. Some weeks ago the german Distribution for this wonderful label Uwe E. Maier, c/o Amtraq Distribution, gave me a CANSIGLIO Jacket for me to try and a VASSAR Jacket for my wife. Both are pieces from “ THE INTERNATIONAL TRAD” collection CRISTIANO offers every season. THE INTERNATIONAL TRAD is inspired by the 1960s East Coast style, by Anglo-Saxon University style, Trad, Ivy League, Preppy and also the Modernists, who were very well dressed at this time. Both jackets are made of Herringbone di Maglia, as the bespoke Cavalry di Malgia – maybe you remember the blue Vittorio Veneto Blu Navale Jacket, posted some months ago. It is a woven knitted fabric, which keeps the shape due to a special jersey instead of a woven lining – 42% wool and 58% cotton. The Jacket is elastic and offers such a great comfort – fantastic in wearing. The Insides the jackets are unlined and edged with a cotton jersey – very complex and significant manufactured! These are perfect for colder fall days. My wife is wearing her VASSAR jacket every day since she got it. It is so great to combine a lot off different stuff with these jackets: f. ex. just an ORCIVAL sailor shirt, or preppy with a chambray shirt and a tie or a necktie – it always looks perfect! I am really happy to show you some looks of the upcoming 1ST PAT-RN collection for this years Fall/Winter season. As a constant reader of LTG blog you must know that I own several pieces of 1ST PAT-RN and that I love the stuff Cristiano Berto and Silvia Piccin design and produce. The F/W collection presents a blazer using the iconic “Cavalry di Maglia” fabric in its blue navale color with naval brass gold finish buttons and beside there are two new “Tweed di Maglia” fabric concepts in a superior wool/cotton blend – looking great! The collection continues redesigned military and utility styles. Minimalist and pragmatic, always with a perfect view for details and most care of stitching and producing. The chosen fabrics offer these workwear and military styles a modern approach. For the F/W 2016 collection they used two new materials, a piece dyed moleskin, with a fade and worn out look after washing and a new 13,1 oz. Japanese technical indigo denim, with a “reactive dyed yarn”.” Exciting to see the stuff live at AMTRAQ Distribution, Frankfurt.

After 4 really nice but busy days B74 ORDERSHOW is closed since 3:pm. The folks, the last clients for today and the exhibitors went away in the weekend after packing all the stuff and the booths to their vans. Smooth and relaxing without any stress and hectic pace … like the other days … see you in January 2017. pics | LTG
Next day … time is running at B74 ORDERSHOW – too fast: Day #03. It was again a very relaxed but at the same time busy day for the exhibitors, the catering and for me … always on the run. But again I met people in a really good temper. I got some interesting new contacts, heard a lot of about new products, collections and other detailed things you’ll never ever hear about if not talking to these professionals, these insiders – I love it! When the ODERSHOW will be over tomorrow I will show you some product shots the next days. Today? People, friends … do you feel the good vibes? pics | LTG
Second day @ B74 ORDERSHOW. Not such a smooth start as yesterday because of f***ing Frankfurt city traffic – a lot of road works: too much. Orange Beast brought me in under 15 Minutes from DA to FFM, but then it took me about an hour from the first FFM road sign to B74. Breathing … calm down … and then the sun went up, blue sky, just some cool clouds, the banking towers, the B74 sign, beloved SPIDERMAN: what a view, when you reach the parking lot of B74! This view compensated all trouble before. After the first espresso I started my daily tour and met a really good friend: Oli Breitwieser from RIDERS ROOM in Hamburg, Germany. It was 2 years ago we met the last time – damn. And it was an absolute pleasure to meet Sven Eden, the owner of RIDERS ROOM. Seen so often @ social media but today for the first time live – great! This morning B74 ORDERSHOW started. For me a smooth start cruisin’ 30 kilometers with the Orange Beast straight to my parking lot directly in front of B74 – thx for this comfort, KAMI – this is f***in great! While getting my equipment ready it was really busy at the stalls around me … here just some impressions. There was such a great mood and really good vibes there @ B74 today … see you tomorrow … pics | LTG
