ORDERSHOW AMTRAQ @ B-74 IN FRANKFURT/MAIN

last thursday i took a ride to B-74 with my brother to join the ordershow of AMTRAQ. i was not in the mood to check up new stuff and so i did just some people shots, talked a lot with friends and had a very nice meal with all the guys and girls at RITZ ffm around the corner B-74. thx DIRK for the invitation. it was nearly a familial atmosphere there two days ago, because a lot of people left the show to get some days off before the next event starts at ZURICH, switzerland next tuesday. pics | LTG

GOLDEN BEAR | ORANGE MELTON WOOL SLIM FIT BARRACUDA JACKET

if you read the LTG blog frequently, you know that i am a great fan of orange colored things. this autumn, i got that wonderful GOLDEN BEAR jacket. its color is called TEXAS ORANGE and the label inside says it was made in july 2013 especially for AMTRAQ distribution of GB in middle europe. the cut is named #15 and for me it is a classic VARSITY JACKET. it has a lot of fantastic details and it is so well done. this is highest quality as it has to be for a LIFE TIME GEAR piece … great. beside, i got my MELTON WOOL SLIM FIT BARRACUDA JACKET from B-74 in frankfurt, germany. please check the GOLDEN BEAR site for the story behind this great heritage company if you do not know by far. pics | LTG

as a great POPEYE fan i own my talisman from FEINSCHMUCK since they’ve done the first pieces one year ago. beside the talisman, FEINSCHMUCK does a POPEYE BELT BUCKLE and different POPEYE ZIPPOS. all pieces are manufactured by hand by the small FEINSCHMUCK team in bavaria, germany. these pieces are made of bronze and you can get it with patina or without. in germany you find this great stuff at PETER FIELDS, berlin, and B-74 in frankfurt, main. pics | Alexander v. B-74 5TH ANNIVERSARY EVENT 30TH NOV 2013

yesterday i joined B-74’s 5TH anniversary event. it was really nice to meet some friends there and it was a relaxed atmosphere. good people, drinks and food – at the perfect location! all in the invitation listed artisans and merchants were there. KAMI and his staff did a perfect job – smooth. at the same time i could take a peak to UWE E.MAIER’s new AMTRAQ show room which is on the 3rd floor in the same building berliner strasse 74: perfect! pics | LTG

EVENT UPDATE WITH FEINSCHMUCK & PassionFrance® | B-74 CELEBRATES ITS 5TH BIRTHDAY

he guys, today KAMI c/o B-74 told me that the line up for the 5TH birthday event of the shop is fixed. happy to hear that FEINSCHMUCK and PassionFrance® will be in FRANKFURT next saturday 30TH NOVEMBER. FEINSCHMUCK will show a lot of works and the upcoming new collection 2014. WOLFGANG from c/o PassionFrance® will show a selected range of his unique knives. i know what he will bring with him – exciting! so much to see, so much to tell. the event starts at about 12:00 and will end at 20:00. check the schedule below with DUKES, who will do belt customizing, live music by ROB LONGSTAFF, customized worscht, meat & sauces by WURSTFONTAENE and RAKELLE. see you at BERLINER STRASSE 74 in frankfurt next saturday! B-74 CELEBRATES ITS 5TH BIRTHDAY SATURDAY 30TH OF NOVEMBER, FRANKFURT, GERMANY

he guys save this date! i know that some highlights are waiting for you at the 30th of november. stay tuned, next weekend you will know more than just the date. time is running. when KAMI opened the B-74 five years ago i did a story about it in german R’n’R magazine #01 DYNAMITE!. at this time i was one of the chief editors and the art director of the mag. this is really fucking 5 years ago. when he celebrated the 2nd birthday of his shop i was there and met DIRK THOMAS c/o MERZ B. SCHWANEN for the first time. he customized me a MASTER SMITH shirt with stamps. DIRK, i still got it! the party was great, nice to be again at B-74 for another birthday party. pics | LTG

LUST AUF GUT | RED WING SHOE STORE FRANKFURT & B74

saturday evening i went to frankfurt, main, to meet ALEXANDER from BECAUSE BLOG with MARIA and UWE from AMTRAQ DISTRIBUTION. all together we joined an event and small fashion show at B74. this show was organized by the city of frankfurt in context of the MTV EUROPEAN MUSIC AWARDS which took place yesterday. they used the B74 as a location for a small fashion show of frankfurt located label COCOLORES. all the stuff has had nothing to do with the stuff KAMI sells at B74 and RED WING STORE FRANKFURT. but it was nice to meet some friends there and exciting what was happening. beside the show i found LUST AUF GUT journal with some very well done sites portraying B74 and THE RWS STORE.  cool layout, really well done. pics | LTG
